Using the website
You may browse the store and place an order for personal or permitted business use. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse another person’s information, or use the content in a way that breaks applicable law.
Product pages, prices, and availability may change before an order is placed. We may correct an obvious error and will contact the customer if that error affects an order already submitted.
Products and natural materials
Aura & Qi bracelets use pearls, gemstones, crystals, silver details, and other materials described on each product page. Natural materials vary in color, shape, surface, pattern, and scale. Those variations are part of the material and mean that two pieces may not look identical.
Photographs are intended to show the product clearly, but screen settings and lighting can affect color. Product names and descriptions identify the supplied design; decorative styling images do not add materials or accessories to the purchase unless the product page says so.
References to symbolism, personal meaning, or gifting are descriptive. The bracelets are not medical products, and the website does not promise healing, treatment, luck, or a change in personal circumstances.
Bracelet size and care
The customer is responsible for selecting an available size after measuring the wrist. Each product page lists its size options. Care guidance forms part of the product information and should be read before wear.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless the checkout states otherwise. The final order review will show the product total, delivery charge, and any taxes or other amounts collected by the store before payment.
Payment will be handled by the methods displayed at checkout. An order is not accepted merely because a payment attempt was submitted. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation that states the order has been accepted, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
Aura & Qi accepts PayPal Checkout. Funding sources shown within PayPal depend on the customer, location, and PayPal eligibility. Payment is authorized and captured when the order is placed.
Where Aura & Qi is legally required to collect sales tax or another transaction tax, the amount collected by the store will be shown before payment.
Order review and cancellation
Before payment, the customer should review the items, sizes, quantities, contact details, delivery address, and total. Contact us promptly if an accepted order contains an error. A change may not be possible after dispatch.
We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, a price or description contains an obvious material error, payment is not authorized, fraud checks cannot be completed, the delivery address is not serviceable, or the order would break applicable law. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled item, it will be refunded.
Delivery
Aura & Qi offers free tracked delivery to the United States. Made-to-order preparation normally takes 2-3 business days before dispatch. The carrier reference after dispatch is United States: 3-10 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will explain the delay and give the customer the options required by applicable law. Further details are set out in the Shipping & Delivery policy.
Returns and refunds
The return window is 30 days from delivery for eligible items. The Returns & Refunds policy explains how to request a return, item condition, and the refund process. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Wholesale and custom enquiries
A wholesale or custom enquiry is not an order. Price, materials, samples, minimum quantity, packaging, timing, payment, and delivery terms must be agreed in writing before work begins.
Website content and intellectual property
The website design, text, photographs, videos, product presentation, and Aura & Qi branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Permission is not granted to copy them for resale, impersonation, misleading advertising, or another commercial catalog.
Responsibility and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, each party remains responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of its breach. Applicable mandatory consumer rights and liabilities remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available under the law of the customer's habitual residence. Disputes may be brought before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law; these terms do not require a consumer to waive a non-waivable right to bring a claim in another competent forum.
Changes and contact
The terms that apply to an order are the version made available when that order is placed. We may update the terms for future orders when the store or law changes.
